• Online visa application form (we will complete the same based on the filled PP form) 
• Covering letter from pax including contact details (Mob & mail)
• 6 months personal bank statement
• 3 yrs. personal IT papers
• Copy of Fixed Deposit if available.
• Occupational proof – Letter from company stating Leave & NOC for salaried.
• In case of child travelling, NOC from School OR College.
