2 Passport size Photos taken no more than 6 months ago with white background only
Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

Covering letter from the Applicant requesting for visa mentioning guarantee for all expenses and return to India

Employment proof
1. Latest 3 months' Salary slip and NOC to leave for salaried
2. Certificate of incorporation and GST Registration for Business person
3. Proof of retirement for retired person
4. Bonafide Certificate / ID card for a student.
If minor, under 18 years of age travelling alone or to be accompanied by a person other than a parent or not joining a parent in the Philippines. Affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel. The affidavit must be executed by either or both parents indicating the traveling companion of the minor and address in the Philippines, duly apostilled by the MEA. This affidavit must be presented before immigration officials at the port of entry in the Philippines upon the minor's arrival in the Philippines.

Business Visa

Covering letter on company Letter head requesting for visa mentioning guarantee for all expenses and return to India
Business Invitation from Philippines counterpart with seal and signature
Inviters residential status (Passport copy)

Vaccination Certificate
Appointment Letter.
Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried) / GST copy of company (if business person)
