- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

1. Latest 3 months' Salary slip and NOC to leave for salaries
2. Certificate of incorporation and GST Registration for Business person
3. Proof of retirement for retired person
4. Bonafide Certificate / ID card for a student. - Day-to-day tour itinerary
- Personal, Latest Bank Statements of last 6 month, statement should mention the pax name and address.
- Personal Income Tax Certificates of last three Years.
- Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried ) / GST copy of company ( if business person )
Business Visa

- Covering letter on company Letter head requesting for visa
- Business Invitation from Japan counterpart with seal and signature

- Day-to-day itinerary
- Appointment Letter.
- Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried) / GST copy of company ( if business person )
- Personal, Latest Bank Statements of last 6 month’s statement should mention the pax name and address.
- Company Bank Statements of last 6 month’s statement should mention the company name and address.
- Income Tax Certificates for the last three years are both personal and company.
