Personal, Latest Bank Statements of last 6 month, statement should mention the pax name and address.
Personal Income Tax Certificates of last three Years.
Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried ) / GST copy of company ( if business person )

Business Visa

Income Tax Certificates for the last three years are both personal and company.
